Privacy notice
Last updated 18 October 2026
Lumette Studio Ltd ("we", "us") builds and looks after websites and AI systems for local businesses. This notice explains what personal information we handle through this website and by email, and why. It is written to be read, so it is short.
Who is responsible
Lumette Studio Ltd is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, business name and website. We use it to reply, to prepare the free audit you asked for, and to discuss work with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
The audit form on this site
The form is not connected to anything yet. Submitting it does not send your details to us or to anyone else, and the page says so. For now, please email us instead.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load the site. It does this to deliver the site, keep it fast and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we will add a consent banner first and update this notice.
- We do not load fonts or scripts from third parties. Our fonts are served from this site.
- We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the business: Google (Workspace email) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). They handle information only on our behalf and under their own data protection terms. We will tell you if we ever need to share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your emails sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
